Our personal trainers are experienced in working as part of a multidisciplinary team and can integrate any therapy plan to help individuals achieve the goals they set.
The sessions will focus on the physical activity individuals can achieve but will integrate cognitive and social development into the programmes, as we understand these are crucial factors for overall health, fitness, and well-being. Factors that can ultimately enhance an individual’s functional independence and psychological well-being.
